Content Policy
This policy sets out what we expect from anyone who posts a course review, profile bio, or other content on Dzidzo Pro and campusvienoula.com, and what happens when content breaks these rules.
At a glance
- Be honest and respectful in course reviews, profile bios, and anything else you post — no hate speech, harassment, cheating, or content that isn't yours to share.
- Dzidzo Pro is used mainly by primary and secondary school students, so we apply this policy with that in mind, including involving a parent or guardian where appropriate.
- Course lessons, videos, and quizzes are created by Campus Vienoula's instructors and are not user-submitted content — this policy covers what you post, like reviews and your profile.
- You can report content that breaks this policy from inside the app or by emailing us — see Section 7.
- This policy works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, not instead of them.
01 Who and what this covers
This Content Policy applies to anyone who posts, uploads, or submits content through Dzidzo Pro or campusvienoula.com — including course reviews and ratings, your profile bio and photo, and anything you write or attach when reporting a problem with an order. It's operated by Vienoula Incorporated (Pvt) Ltd ("Vienoula," "we," "us," or "our"), the same company responsible for the Dzidzo Pro app and the Campus Vienoula learning platform.
It does not cover the course lessons, videos, or quizzes themselves — those are created and owned by Campus Vienoula's instructors, not submitted by students.
02 Content we don't allow
- Hate speech & discrimination — content that attacks or demeans someone based on race, ethnicity, tribe, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Harassment & bullying — insults, threats, or repeated unwanted contact directed at another student, teacher, or staff member.
- Sexual or violent content — anything sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Illegal content — anything that promotes or facilitates an illegal activity.
- Spam & impersonation — fake reviews, promotional spam unrelated to a course, or pretending to be another person, a teacher, or Vienoula staff.
- Other people's personal information — posting another student's or teacher's contact details, address, or other private information without their consent.
03 Academic integrity
Because Dzidzo Pro is a learning platform, we treat academic honesty as part of this policy, not just good practice:
- Don't share quiz or assignment answers publicly, or use a review to help other students bypass an assessment.
- Don't submit someone else's work as your own; where a course asks you to reference material, cite it.
- Don't create multiple accounts to retake a quiz, re-enroll after removal, or inflate a course rating.
04 Copyright & course materials
Course videos, readings, and quizzes on Campus Vienoula are created by our instructors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not record, download, redistribute, or resell them, or post them anywhere outside the app or website. If you believe a piece of course content infringes your own copyright, contact us using the details in Section 10.
05 Course reviews & ratings
When you leave a rating or written review for a course, it should reflect your genuine experience. Reviews should not contain the prohibited content described in Section 2, promotional links, or content unrelated to the course. We may edit a review to remove content that breaks this policy, or remove it entirely, without affecting your ability to leave a fresh, compliant review.
06 Children & our community
If we take action against a minor's account or content, we may notify the parent or guardian associated with that account where we're able to. Parents and guardians play the same supervisory role described in our Privacy Policy.
07 Reporting a problem
If you see content that breaks this policy, you can report it two ways:
- From within the app, using Report an Issue on the relevant order in My Orders.
- By emailing us at hello@campusvienoula.com with a description and, if possible, a screenshot.
We review reports as quickly as we can and will let you know once we've looked into it.
08 What happens when this policy is broken
Depending on the severity of the issue and whether it's a first-time occurrence, we may:
- Remove or edit the offending content.
- Send a warning to the account involved.
- Temporarily restrict or permanently suspend the account.
We aim to be proportionate — a single mistaken review is treated differently from repeated harassment or a safety concern involving a minor. For serious violations, including anything that raises an immediate safety concern, we may suspend an account without a prior warning.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Dzidzo Pro and campusvienoula.com evolve. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
